About Windspellers
Windspellers is built by a wind technician.
I've spent several years in the field, onshore and offshore, working on different turbines and different machines, on wind farms across Europe, alongside many teammates. Along the way I saw the same struggle again and again: finding the next job. For beginners it's even harder. Nobody hands you a map. You piece it together from forum posts, rumours and expensive mistakes.
So I decided to draw that map myself.
It started with the library: an honest guide for people who want to get into wind, written from the inside. It's mainly for beginners, because this work is rewarding, challenging and full of promise, and the way in shouldn't be a secret. Then came the rest: a job board with hand-picked listings, a CV builder made for wind techs, and wind news that matters for your next move.
I build all of this alone, with the help of modern AI tools. Without them, a project like this would need a whole team. Every article is checked by someone who has actually done the work.
Windspellers is a work in progress, and it grows every day. I polish the library article by article, add new jobs daily, and build new tools along the way. If you come back next week, something will have changed.
That's why your feedback matters so much. Did an article help you? Was something missing, unclear or just wrong? Is the CV builder useful, or is it getting in your way? I want to hear it all, good or bad. Write to info@windspellers.com, also at the bottom of every page. I read every message, and many changes on this site start with one.
If you find it useful, pass it on. Share the link with a colleague, mention it on site, follow us on LinkedIn. That's how a one-man project grows into something bigger. I'm not doing this only for myself. I'm doing it for the people coming up after us.
